You can have as many email addresses as you need.
(within reason)

When we set-up an email address for you it can be an email mailbox accessed via webmail or via an email client on your local computer such as Mozilla Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook (Express).

Alternatively it can be a forwarding email address that redirects incoming emails to another email address of your choosing.
