DataState Solutions is now using an on-line billing solution to provide an easy interface to view and pay invoices on-line. Invoices are now emailed as standard and clients can pay via on-line bank transfer, cheque or by secure credit card transaction through PayPal. Invoice and payment history can be viewed at any time. |

DataState Solutions has introduced a support ticket system to streamline response to customer enquiries, billing queries or technical issues. The system allows past and present support requests to be viewed and responded to on-line creating a permanent record of customer contact. |
